Mount Pisgah Campground, Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, North Carolina

We stopped at Crabtree Falls campground where we had stayed before and hiked to the falls. Instead of doing the full loop hike like we did before, we just went out and back as we did not have our hiking boots and the trail was slippery with fallen leaves. We continued our drive along the Blue Ridge and set up camp at Mount Pisgah Campground. We camped at a pull-over site where last time the bear had taken our bucket and chewed it open. We walked across to the lodge and enjoyed a beer at the fantastic overlook. Since we had hiked all the trails out of the campground last time we decided to head out early the next morning.
