We were on the road by 7:30 am headed toward Cracker Barrel in Spanish Fort for breakfast. It was interstate all the way until we finally got to the real backroads of Louisiana when we turned off to head to the Bayou Teche Brewery in Arnaudville, Louisiana. Google said we had been here four years ago in Teardrop Cutie. This time was cooler weather so we ate a Cosmos Cajun Pizza inside the restaurant along with a couple great brews from the taproom. We hiked down to kayak launch before sundown We were the only camper in their parking lot so it was a quiet night.
