We waited until the morning to take showers, dump wastewater, and fill up with fresh water so we got underway around 8:30 am. We found the Classic Rock Coffee Shop for outstanding avocado toast and French toast sausages. We took the back roads to the Texas Wine Collective stopping short of Fredericksburg. There were numerous wineries, breweries, and distilleries as we reached our destination. We enjoyed the dry red wine tasting from three wineries before settling on a bottle of wine and the charcuterie board out of the wind in the sunshine outside near the member's lounge. There was a stream of wine tour groups and bridal parties. We are the only camper out in the huge parking lot. We will slip out the locked gate for an early morning getaway to breakfast in Fredericksburg.
