We left Pecan Grill and Brewery parking lot early and stopped at Miguel's Mexican Restaurant for chips and salsa and a wonderful veggie avocado omelet with a flour tortilla. We then headed towards Willcox and stopped at the grocery store before we headed out to Birds and Barrel Winery. We were the only RV for the night and parked near the vineyard and their turkey and chicken pen beside a fire pit and picnic tables. We enjoyed tasting four red wines and taking back a red blend to enjoy with our own charcuterie board with the addition of the winemaker's homemade sourdough bread. Her two dogs rushed out to greet us and we hurriedly picked up the food. It was a beautiful evening for a walk through the vines.
