We had a leisurely breakfast at the campsite after doing laundry late last night as there was an unexpected crowd. We took the TransCanada Highway through Montreal and then detoured along the Saint Lawerence Seaway. We stopped at the Visitor Center when we crossed from Ottawa into Quebec province and received superb information on the next couple of stops. We stopped at the Parc Saint-Maurice in Shawinigan and walked several miles along the promenade before heading to our Harvest Host of the Broadway Microbrewery for the evening. In all the provinces, all the signs are in English and French but here in Quebec, everything is in French so it does seem like a foreign country. The brewery has beautiful outdoor seating under the trees and a large parking lot in the back for RVs. There is one camper van and one trailer so far for the night. We enjoyed several grew brews, and fondue appetizer and a pizza.
