We packed up our wet gear on a sunny morning and headed out of Quebec City along the Saint Lawerence Seaway. We stopped at one of a few rest stops and then at Parc National du Bic which is actually a Quebec Provincial Park. We hiked along the bike trail to the rocky beach at low tide and then on to the visitor center for ice cream and then back through the campground along the trail to the parking lot. We were directed to another spot where the naturalist was using a spotting scope to see the seals. We stopped at the lighthouse visitor center in Matane and then on to the private campground along the river. We took our glasses of wine along the river trail watching a fly fisherman wading out in the water to fish. It was a nice sunny scenic drive along St. Lawerence Seaway.
